Yoga- the gift that keeps on giving. I did my 200hr teacher training with Cheryl in 2016 and it was one of the greatest journeys I've been on. It was everything I needed it to be and I look back at it now and I am extremely grateful for the sturdy grounding and foundation I got that allowed me to step out into the world and share the gift that keeps on giving.

When I first stepped into Cheryl’s yoga studio, I was seeking a respite from the whirlwind and the complexities of navigating life back in 2013. Little did I know, this was a step towards what would become the most transformative journey of my life, eclipsing even the most prestigious executive leadership courses & studies I’ve encountered in my professional journey. Cheryl’s approach to yoga transcends the physical. It’s not just about mastering poses; it’s about mastering an openness and curiosity to the inward journey. Her teachings are rooted in the profound wisdom of yoga philosophy, intertwined with practical applications that extend far beyond the mat. Through her guidance, I’ve learned to navigate not only personal challenges but professional ones with a level of calmness and clarity I hadn’t known before.

Investing in Cheryl’s course has unfolded as the most impactful decision of my life. The depth of insight and self-awareness I’ve gained has propelled me not only to become a better leader but a more centered and present individual. The lessons in patience, resilience, and mindfulness have enhanced my decision-making skills, my interactions with my team, and ultimately, the success of my business. Moreover, Cheryl’s teachings have imbued me with a holistic understanding of well-being. This journey has been about more than achieving professional success; it’s been about cultivating a life of balance, fulfillment, and purpose. It has shown me that the most profound investments are not always financial or career-oriented but often lie in our personal growth and well-being.
To Cheryl, I owe a deep sense of gratitude. Your guidance has not only transformed me but has also enabled me to impact those around me positively. Your course is a testament to the power of yoga not just as a practice but as a life philosophy. To fellow leaders and anyone at a crossroads in their professional or personal development: I cannot recommend Cheryl’s yoga course highly enough. The return on investment is immeasurable, offering not just professional success but a profound sense of inner peace and fulfilment.

Thank you, Cheryl, for being a beacon of light on this journey. The wisdom and well-being cultivated through your teachings are the most invaluable assets I’ve acquired, far surpassing any conventional education or leadership training. Here’s to continuing to grow, learn, and lead with grace, inspired by the transformative power of yoga.
